If you’re curious as to how tall Jared is…I’m almost 6’ 2”. I normally look down to people, and this is a time where I finally get to look up to someone :)

I was looking at the other photos when I was picking up mine, and I noticed that I am one of the few people he didn’t have to bend over to hug :) This is one instant I liked my height.

This is my first con/meeting of any actor so I was nervous and excited.  I look like a dork, but that is truly a genuine smile of happiness on my face.  I happy cried after the photo-op. I am so glad I got to meet Jared XD

This was my group’s idea for AMOK day.

We all went to the Burbank Convention together and decided that we needed to do something for AMOK day. On Sunday we went to the dollar store and brought a ton of fake flowers so people could keep them, unlike a real flower that will wilt, and attached little notes with a happy message. They got pretty cheesy XD

Then we decided to focus on the con workers and volunteers because we figured they didn’t get much thanks. I had several people tell me how much it meant to them and how it made their day. I also saw tons of the workers wear the flowers for the rest of the day.

We had some left over flowers that we didn’t have time to attach a card so we started wandering around the con looking for people who were alone and looked like they needed it. While doing so we gave one to a guy who looked like he was about to cry when we did so and I ended up giving him a hug. I then looked back later and he had put it in his suit jacket. Another flower went to a woman in the back who it turns out had gone with Misha on the first trip to Haiti. She ended up showing us some of her pictures and telling us some of her stories and it was amazing.

We also managed to get some flowers to the actual cast. It was a lot more difficult but I hoped they liked them (:

AMOK day was amazing and I can’t wait for next year but I think I may start passing out flowers more often.

I learned that the smallest act of passing a flower out cheers someone up and makes their day when before their day was down the toilet and in the sewer.

I also loved how many people passed on their flowers to someone else who looked like they needed it more. 

Kindness is a circle. I found that out on Sunday in the best way possible.
